Role & responsibilities
Kristin plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of the company. She collaborates closely with the CEO, leveraging their extensive experience in business development, operations management and strategic planning to achieve the company’s vision and goals.
Financial Leadership
- She provides visionary financial leadership by actively contributing to the development and execution of the company’s overall business strategy.
- She collaborates with the executive team to align financial goals with the broader organizational objectives.
Financial Planning and Analysis
- She conducts comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification and scenario planning.
- She develops and maintains sophisticated financial models to support decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- She leads the annual budgeting process by working closely with department heads to set realistic and achievable financial targets.
- She provides regular forecasts and financial updates, offering insights into key financial trends and opportunities for optimization.
Financial Reporting
- She does financial reporting under IND AS, consolidates Books of Subsidiaries
- She manages Audits Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits, regulates Compliance, SEBI, etc.

Jorgie collaborates with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy and hiring levels. He translates strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operations planning.
Strategic Planning
- Jorgie collaborates with the CEO and executives team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- He identifies opportunities for growth and innovation within the housing finance market and drive the company’s business across all strategic markets by establishing sustainable business models.
Operational Leadership
· He develops and implements operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
· He ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· He spearheads transformative initiatives aimed at digitizing sales, credit operations and collections processes to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
· He stays abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
Accountability and reporting
- He improves company’s governance, accountability, alongside other key underpinnings, such as integrity and transparency.
- He has maintained clear legal grounds for various accountability mechanisms which can generate the legitimacy of a company.
